This looks like Kayako, what's the difference?

Also, Kayako is cheaper if you buy the owned license from licensepal.com than your version. Why would we go with your product instead of a very reputably company like Kayako?

Currently we have published just main screenshot for Vision2.0 -- You would see the actual difference when you check the online demo or evaluation version (that will be published in next week)

We don't stop there.. Vision2.0 has other unique features like Paid Support -- You can add billing notes / create invoice / check payment status in helpdesk itself.

Though it is looking similar to kayako, different queues for different companies seems to be one of the promising features that is tempting me. Cerberus had this feature but I did not like their presentation layout.

Is the beta release available for download for free trial?

Currently we have lot many things to implement in Helpdesk software itself -- so Billing system development is not in our thoughts for now..
