I have been using their service for more than two months and had no problem, their staffs are very friendly, you get answer within minutes (of course if you need, usually you don't have any problem) :)

The best thing to do is do a search from up top on any hosts that you are interested in and see if they have any feedback at all.. Usually the bad stuff pops up if there is any.. You have to remember this is WHT so you can have 1000 happy customers and no one says a word about you but god forbid you have a few minutes of downtime be sure they will be getting the lynch ready after a few minutes..

I have an account with freestylehosting and have found them to be reliable and helpful. They also have some nice additional features included with CPanel. :D

Is Freestylehosting from Netherlands?

It that is the one you referring to, I beg to differ!

We wrote to them before, they response ain't as
good as you mentioned, in minutes!

It usually take more than 3 hours and the longest
was more than 24hrs to reply our enquiry.

In fact, we do wanted to sign up with them. Hence,
we wrote to them several times. But too bad, the
last email tooks too long to response, hence, we
sign up with my current provider.

Albeit our current provider cost more than them, but
at least they provide us what we want and solve
many problems for us.

Sorry to make this comment but we are speaking
the true facts. Perhaps it is fated that we did not
work out our deal with them.

:D

Presales question is so important to get an impression about them. But don't forget sales departments don't work 24 hours in any company. I think you should go more deep next time. I am getting answers (supports) within minutes usually ( not more than an hour maybe two).

Yep, as a freestylehosting customer, I can attest that their support tickets are answered very quickly indeed.

Isn't you sound contradicting? :D

If the company wants good impression and yet on the other hand, excepting clients to wait for their work hours, it sounds either contradict or arrogant. . :o

Anyhow, this is our experience as they keep us waited for couple of days. If they do response fast enough, we are already one of their clients protesting my own statement, saying their good in responding fast in all terms!

Glad that you guys are happy with their 'support'.

We are happy with our current provider as well! So long as we could provide a better service and responsible in the hosting market, who cares!!!
:D :) :D

Technical support is provided 24/7 - since that is our #1 priority.

If I want to have 24/7 sales persons available, that would cost more money, and I have to increase pricing of packages. That's why I am the only one doing sales, all other staff just do support requests.

To all the customers who've posted here, thank you

That's very unprofessional of you!

Your slow sales service back us off! How do you expect us
to sign up with you when you don't bother?

Thus far, we have signed up with them for more than a month.
I would firmly say, their sales service and technical support did
not disappoint us.

If you are not happy just because we had post here about our
encounter with you, we have no idea what's this forum for?

It was not meant to make a negative comment about them. I read the post wrong, I thought you just signed up with them.
I asked that you review them, so other WHT users can see if it's worth to sign up with them, I wouldn't call that unprofessional.

It doesn't matter to me about the post you've made about our slow sales response, since all our customers are happy with us, and a slow reponse from the sales@ address won't change that.

Again, I wish you all the best with your business.

No problem at all! Be easy!

We do understand every provider do have their strength and weakness.

For our team, we are relatively new in web hosting business despite we do have relevant working experience in the past.

If our provider cause us problem due to their attitude or any unethical act, we will also post here to share our experience with the rest of the community members here.

What we appreciate is, our current provider does do us a good job. When someone did well, they deserve to be praise. Such as your clients, they do praise on your strong and fast technical support, right?

Well done! Keep it up and happy selling to all! :D

Anyone tried onefusion.com? They are good and I find them cheaper too. I bet most of the web hosts are trying to put up a genuine business and so are we. We all need to understand some slackness in us "sometimes" but customer support is our priority. And I think I can give a thumbs up for onefusion.com

Honestly I don't think to change my provider at all. I think you should try for a period and see for yourself. I think you will give to freestylehosting.com a really good rate. :)

Sorry, but I think bespokehost.com's server configuration is Celeron 425 Mhz, and 256 MB. What's going to happen if your customers works with lots of PHP and MySQL? :bawling:

Ghost, I really appreciate your kind words, but let's not discuss about bespokehost.com. 'Addvalue' seems happy with them - so that's all we want to know :)

Ghost, thanks!

We do received their newsletter that we will be upgraded to internap bandwidth by next month. No changes in price for the current as the price is freeze.

Besides, from what I know, they are not taking in any customer at the moment till the new bandwidth is done!

Anyhow, it seems this topic discussion has nothing to do with my current provider and we have not make any recommendation or praising them in anyway.

What diederik stated is right! Most importantly, you are happy with your current provider. What we are happy with them are not pricing, but the support and guidance they had extended to us!

Happy Selling to All! I see no point in discussing our provider any further here!;)

Hello Ghost,

What make you think that our server configuration is 425Mhz and 256MB ram?

Can you prove that? If you could not prove it, don't talk gibberish!

If you could prove it, I will take action against my supplier for selling unethically.

Hi Bespoke,

First of all be a little bit kind. We are just talking not arguing. If you don't know the ethics of this forum don't write anything.

I saw http://www.bespokehost.com/plan.php. Maybe you should check your site before attack to someone.

And just an advise please read all of this topic and check 'diederik' style. If you present your company I should be calm and friendly.

Thanks and have a good day :)

Hello to Ghost

No, you are absolutely right! That is our plan based on VDS when we launch initially. Which we put 4 clients in 1 server.

Alright, that is our mistake for not aware that the old page has not been updated! Thanks for that reminder! We have changed them indeed, but somehow, we might have uploaded the wrong file. We have seriously overlook into this issue.

By the way, we apologise from the bottom of our heart. :)

Addvalue, I hope that this will be clear now.

Ummm sales email response time should have no effect on how you judge a company. Normal sales hours are typically 9-5 at which time sales people answer emails. Thats why I always tell people they should test the reponse time at the companys support@ email because this should be something that in monitored 24/7. If you think about it 99.9999% of all companys sales hours are typically 9-5 in there time zone unless of course you are ordering a Juice Weasel or one of those set it and forget it cookers.
