My work is putting up a site, and I'm responsible for picking the service. It will be a very simple site, primarily a brochure-type site of about 6-10 pages, some light graphics.

The main issue will be the set-up for e-mails as we'll be operate heavily through e-mail (we're consultants). The cost isn't that important a concern, service and support are key. Currently, we're looking at:

:agree: for VenturesOnline...though their support had slowed down a bit (I dont know how fast they are now), they still provided it very quickly and are very knowledgable. They are one of the very few companies that operate their own datacenter and have a full time staff on hand at any time of the day (or night)

I would also recommend you VO. From what I've heard they have very good customer support. Anyway, Good Luck :)

currently my site is being hosted by www.ehostpros.com, their customer service respond time is 20-30 minutes in average, which is pretty good by my book :)

another thumbs up for ehostpros.com, very quick with support, they are usually online all the time and will respond within minutes

Ehostpros is not on the members list guys. ;)
