My RAQ4 interface is down for no apparent reason. It seems like it started today.

I rebooted my machine and that did not correct the issue.

I can still telnet into the system but I cannot connect with the interface, or ssh into the machine.

Do you have some ideas on how I can trouble shoot this?
- how do I check if the interface server is running
(and if it is how do I restart the server or what do I do?)
- how can I check if the problem is somehow connected to a certificate (and if it is how do I fix it?)

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

thank you for your response.

However it turns out that this problem is similar to my previous interface access problem. I copied the old certificate file over the current file and that fixed my problem! I am not sure why it appears like the certificate file gets corrupt.

As far as I know it is impossible to just copy the certificate. On this forum and on google (probably) you can find a howto. Without corrupting it.

It is possible. Since I copied it and now my server works.

I did a diff on the backedup certificate file and the corrupted certificate file and the only difference was a missing end of line character.
