Hi,

I have some questions:
1/ What is the uplink?
2/ Do you own the hardware or resell from anybody? If you are using your own hardware(colo), what is your network capacity (not your provider)?
3/ Is OS reload free?
4/ Is Remote Reboot free?
5/ Is there bandwidth graph?
6/ It would be nice if you can provide IP and test file ( USA location please)

Thank you

Using the RAID1 the data restore its safe? Its guaranteed the data restore free if one HD fails?

What its the time for reboot?

Thanks

All servers come with 100mbps dedicated uplink, remote reboot ports, bandwidth graphs.

We own everything and deal with the datacenter directly.

No one could guarantee data safety, but RAID1 is very reliable and an excellent way to protect against harddrive failures.

In case of a hard drive failure, we would simply hotswap the defective harddrive out, and replace it with a new one. We will take care of data resync's (no costs).

Thank you!

For the Q9550, an upgrade to 8GB DDR2 is $20 monthly additional.

I ordered their Q9550 deal and Tim came through as a man of his word and had me up and running within the timeframe given from our initial conversation. Also, their response time on tickets has been phenomenal and quick @ this end. my requests have been low priority, but requests are processed quickly. Also, it appears Tim knows whats up and has been to the point in his responses with no drama. While this isn't Tim's doing, I was running my sites on an AMD x2 4400+ and this Q9550 is screaming in comparison to my old server. The cheapest I could colo a server @ my end is @ $88/mo @ 10mbps here in Los Angeles, CA. so... thanks dude!

... now, onto hiding $109/mo from the wifey... haha.

Thanks TIM!
