Hello,

Does anyone here has anything negative to say about
fastservers.

How do you all rate them against others.

I've been with them for a while now and they have been great. The best customer service I have encountered in a long time, and the server was build ahead of schedule and has been running excellent :)

I know you were asking for negatives, but I don't have any to say at the moment. :agree:

My site very slow basically since I signed up with them last month. I'm on a dedicated server with not much traffic. I have emailed them and they responded they'll escalate the issue.

Anyone else having problems with FastServers?

Been with FastServers for several months without any problems.

Tech support has been quick to respond and courteous.

Just joined them and nothing negative so far. Always available per phone. Quick answers to tickets and great speed.

I'm all the way in michigan, and I still get great speeds from them :)

Their billing system is erratic. They've double billed for several times and overcharged once. However, as soon as I open a ticket they quickly apologize and reverse the charges. So I guess I can only say that's sorta bad. They just put in a new billing system so I expect these problems to go away. (Everything else for me is fine--it's a little slow, but I suspect a local problem.)

thats what ive been asking.

it seems we keep getting the same bills every 2 weeks.


i am getting fed up


no downtime tho.

they are good when it comes to servers


the price were paying for servers with them though, we can buy the servers for dell and colocate for cheaper then our 2 month price

Greetings Good People and current FastServers.Net customers:

I have personally handled every single billing issue since we have started using our new billing software. While I am not opposed to view your opinion about our billing software I just wanted to know that I handle each and every billing issue with top priority and contacting me directly will resolve this.

While I am familiar with Owen's billing problem, I have no idea what the other posts in regards to billing issues are, anything that is outstanding or you are having issues, I urge you to contact me and watch any problems you have disappear.

I mentioned the billing issue as a compliment more than of a complaint. It's just that it's the only problem I've had--and it's very very minor (IMHO). If that's the biggest problem (and it's corrected before I have to pay my bill) then it's pretty good over all. In retrospect, I shouldn't have mentioned it, but oh well, too late for that now. :)
