What helpdesk feature does Kayako has that WHMCS doesn't? WHMCS's helpdesk seems very feature rich already...

I know about Kayako already. I just do not know what features Kayako has that WHMCS doesn't. Maybe users with experience of both can give the answer.

We have been using Kayako for few years for support purpose and WHMCS for billing. I am willing to move to WHMCS completely including Support as it is getting better and better day by day.

I will compare both in next few days and post my comments here :)

Kayako gives us the live chat option that WHMCS does not. This is one reason we have yet to migrate away from it.

The addon programs like the Mobile phone, outlook sync are benefits also. We also utilize the SMS gateway for our technicians in case they are away from the desk.

My guess for a lot of hosts these features may not be needed but for us having had Kayako before WHMCS we cannot see ourselves using a help desk without these features.
