Could you please post the solution? It would be useful to know.

i did it with webmin:

SERVERS
SSH
NETWORKING

in the networking form specify:
TURN ON: Listen on addresses/Entered below
specify your IP address

that's it. now SAVE the setting and in webmin/server/ssh make APPLY CHANGES

that's it... it did work fine for me (red hat 7.2 and latest version of webmin)
