I just get my whmcs in my site and i want to ask how can i add a package there so the customers can pay for it?

Create the packages in WHM first, then go to whmcs, you need to link it to your cpanel in configuration->servers, then create the packages in WHMCS making sure to link them to the relevant whm packages, by going to configuration->products/services

Very brief instructions but hopefully you can work the gaps out for yourself

I don't want to auto create a account so is it neccesary to do this?

Nope not if you don't want to auto create accounts, just assumed you were using this to sell hosting packages, my bad. Yeah them simply go to configuration -> products services and make all your products. They will be visible in whmcs on your website then.
