Hi
I would like to outsource the support in my web site.
Currently I have chat in my web site which I would like that it will be outsource to any low cost offshore companies.
Do you have any suggestion regarding offshore companies who provide chat support ?

I would say be very careful over your decision to outsource your support, as front line customer service is often the most real representation of your company to a customer and if the standard of english is that shocking it could start putting a LOT of people off.

For chat support, good english is a must. There are quite a few around here. You can search here. You must choose depending on the level of support issues you want to handle in a chat.
I notice that your website in signature is not in English language. I hope support in native language is not a must with you ?

The English Web site is in developing Process.
I need to outsource only the support via Chat for International customers.
Means that for those international customer I need to provide only English support.
I agree that I must find outsource provider who has high english skiled employees. it must factor.
I will outsource only the 24/7/365 chat support (only 1st level support).
All other support ways will stay in house.

Customer reviews should be taken into consideration while outsourcing your support needs. Be sure to test the trial services provided by most of the company.
As others already mentioned, be careful when outsourcing your support. The level of support is very important to make your company stand out.
If your level of support drops, you'll get negative reviews here and there and words spread out very fast these days
As Srv24x7 mentioned, make sure you get a trial period to evaluate how good their service is, and how your customers are reacting

Its just Level 1 and I dont think it should cost him that much if he moves his Level 1 to India.
@igoldman, I know some of the 24x7 tech companies in India who can take care of your request without any hassle.
