Hi all ..

Am looking for CMS ( Content Management System or Solution ) with following features :

1 - I can easily add news, articles , etc..
2- Secured and open source code.
3- There is update for it.
4- High level support ( 24/7 )
5- not FREE one like joomla , and others , ( am ready to purchase )
6- Built in SEO

And so on ,,

I have more than 50 sites looking for amazing CMS ..

Please share your knowledge regarding this !

Why don't you want a free one? I think Drupal offer a support package that you can pay for.

Well, if you are really bound and determined to spend money, go for

Zope http://zope.org/ (CMS components) or Plone http://plone.org/ (CMS based on Zope)

Free, but you'll almost certainly need professional help to make it fly. Look at Plone even so, just for the educational value.
