I signed up for Artic Issue Tracker yesterday night, downloaded the archive and extracted them to my hosting's root directory. I manually changed the databasename,user,password,hostname and the key.

Now when I point my browser to the URL, it says

Installation Detected
Please delete the setup folder before accessing your Arctic installation

Then when I rename the folder, it gives an error
The encoded file /nfs/c04/h04/mnt/68636/domains/tracker.energiaworld.in/html/includes/kernel/app.php has expired or is corrupt.

I even manually entered the database dump in the database using phpMyAdmin and still I get this error. Am I missing something.

Do I need to furnish more information? The Hosting is on MediaTemple grid-service
FYI, I am using the free version of Arctic. Will upgrade to the Pro one when we get the money from the finance dept.
