Hello WHMCS give out this error when costumer want to register new domain:
" An Error Occured
{passwd=Password should be alphanumeric characters with minimum of 8 characters and maximum of 15 characters} "
I checked all password and they all match this ( at list 8 and not more then 15chars ).
What could be wrong ?
Our WHMCS version: 3.8.1

This is an error caused by the recent API changes to several domain registars. It is most easily fixed by just upgrading WHMCS to the latest version.

Roy,
There is a setting within WHMCS that you can change regarding password strengths.
Go to:
Setup->General Settings->Other and look for Required Password Strength
Change/reduce that number or place a 0 to disable.
Hopefully that fixes you up :)
