I have several domains that I need to transfer all register with admin@xx*********** as the admin, tech and billing contact.

However admin@x*********** is no longer functioning and won't be. How can I go about transferring them, I presume someone has been in a similar situation before?

Where is this registered at? Network Solutions? I know some hosting companies like coolfred.net that offer free transfer for you and register domains for like $25 a year.
