What makes you say that Cesto?

His website isn't loading, which isn't a fantastic start.

Because he made me a tempalte which never worked in IE, then when I said I wanted a refund he said no.

After fighting again paypal which I lost the case I then resorted to talking to him directly, after a painfull week of non stop hassle he then refunded me.

People should not pay for something thats half done or just generally poor work :)

Thats my rant, hope other people take into account what has happened to people like me before just throwing their money away.

Thanks for clearing this up, That is correct. he threatened to come to my door, What actually happened is the design was not completed as he never came back to me, a weke or so later he comes back demanding a refund after I had already completed the design (appart from one IE error), I said I would continue the design and fix it (wouldnt take more than 10min) but instead he started to get offensive so I had no choice but to give in.

P.S Site seems to be up for most people, is anyone else having problems (I moved to a new host last night, this may be the reason for the downtime)

Listen man just move on, i understand you have had some problems with sen but now just stop and live your life. I may not know Sean but i have his work and i think its great.
