I talked to sales support. I really wanted to get this promotion. However i have more than 10 servers and they wont accept me signing up for only 1 server :( Im really sad. I know this is a very good deal and its just so sad that I happen to have more than 10 servers. I cant sign up for all of my servers since it will be a LOT and BIG money :(

I am happy to know your continued interest in our services. I just read the conversation you had with my sales team and had a talk with the supervisor on duty. I noticed that they mentioned a fair usage policy of 50 sales tickets, but unlimited support tickets per month.

I can increase the number to 75 sales ticket a month, but never unlimited. Simply because if I agree for unlimited tickets, just to get the business, we have to compromise on quality which we guarantee and you being our server management client, you are well aware of the quality we offers!!!

Here is what I foresee. You release a marketing campaign which results in 2000 sales tickets per month and with the commitment of $39, we are bound to do reply all of the 2000 tickets without compromising the 15 mins response guarantee we deliver. Infact, if we weren't aware of the the 10+ servers you already had, we would have offered unlimited sales ticket as well and still went with our word, as long as the contract is valid :)

But for support tickets, for one server, we don't anticipate more than 100 tickets per server. And if we are getting more than 100 tickets for a server we manage, there is something wrong with our server management.

Let me re-enforce, 50 ticket limit is for sales tickets only, and never the support tickets. Glad that you brought it for the clarification of other WHTers and thank you :) Have a great day!

These guys have been great!

I have had the worse luck with one of my dedi's and they have been able to fix things fast for me or detailed the issues for me so i can report back to the DC. :agree:
