they're offering an incredible price on hosting:
http://www.allabouthosting.co.uk/ensim.html
$5 per year for 50megs and 750meg/mo transfer.

Anyone have experience with them?

At that price why not give them a try and report back. Your review of them could be the first on WHT and help others in future :)

Honestly, thats a bit cheap. They must be overselling, which can lead to problems.

You should try to get in touch with their support and see if you get a reponse. $5/month is becoming pretty standard in the industry now a days

$5/year would still make them a 100% markup.
750megs transfer/month=9gig per year.

so really your buying $5 for 9gig transfer.
most servers come with 400gig transfer and cost $100/month.

400gig*12month=4800GIG
$100*12month=$1200.

with 4800Gigabyte of transfer they can sell 533 of these packages.
533*$5=$2665 which is $1465 Profit

How about overhead Ryza?

well no one knows really what else they own or sell, im sure a company dosnt rely on funding from $5 yearly plans as you can see the profit is 100% but the amount needed to be sold is a great deal, these packages wouldnt require any special hardware or anything special support, 1 person can reply to emails, a linux server with cpanel would last a year and you wouldnt even need to reboot it, users can maintain there own accounts with cpanel, they can rent the server from rackshack or nocster and it gets fully managed for them. so what overhead is there?

so what overhead is there?
Other overheads apart from the server side of things. Tax, insurance, staionary, phone bills, rent, rates..etc $5 (£3.33) per year for hosting is a bit to cheap.

==>do they phone clients?

if there renting a server off someone else like rackshack or nocster then there is no rent/rates/tax's, they dont pay these bills.
so there only bill would be TAX on there $1500 profit.

this company could be run by a 15 year old who purchased a $99 rackshack server with his moms credit card, think about it :)

like i said in previous post aswell, i highly doubt a company would rely on this profit margin for an entire company. so if this is the hole company and they have no other source of funding it probably wouldnt be a good host unless they already have 2000 users which is paying there monthly server bill

it is really hard to know the in's/out's of any company, this kind of info just isnt released, so the only way to find out is to use it and come back to WHT and tell everyone what it was like :)
