I have been hearing that they have been late on their deposits into each clients banks. Is this true? Also, is there anymore problems other then that?

They have been pretty good.. Usually takes 2-3 days to get the $$$ in your account so I am expecting my deposit tomorrow.. They have never been late in the time of more than 3 days that I can remember.

We have been with them since July. Our dispursement is setup to be deposited into our bank account *each week*. It generally gets deposited on Tuesday...and has never been past Wednesday.

I've been with them for a couple of months and so far, so good! I receive payments via check and when I felt it was taking too long, called them up and they told me the date it was sent. I received it the following day.

Our account gets deposited each week, it goes in on Sunday and by Wed (occasionally Thurs) it's in my bank and ready to spend.

Ditto. We use 2CO for non-local business (R9 is in Canada) and receive money exactly the same. It's an awesome service with some very usable features for newbies through custom-applications.

Sincerely,

Bear in mind, our Seller list contains over 10,000 active accounts. Accounts that are paid either weekly or bi-weekly.

The "late payments" effect under 20 accounts per pay period. 99% of the payment problems are related to returned payments because of incorrect banking information, or delays due to account verification for an initial payment.

You're suppose to get $600 accumulated in your account before they even roll the money out. Some people might not know this.

they are too slow with responses, which can cause some serious issues.

Thank You

I never heard about the whole 600.00 thing I thought it was always bi-weekly and weekly if you process enough sales..

I've never heard of it either, and I work there.

I think they used to have a default cash-out limit of $600 - but you could modify it. Now the limit seems to be automatically calculated based on your revenues. (started last week?)

As for payments, once your bank info is setup correctly there isnt any problem. However, 2CO does maintain about a 2-5 day period for replying to email messages, and for me I'm in a worse position - I created a ticket, waiting 3 days, got a reply telling me to email someone else at 2CO... I don't understand why they couldn't have forwarded the request on themselves, but... end rant.

Not true,

If you actually look through your admin panel you will find a place to set the limit lower.

$100 is the min
