I am looking for a better and reliable windows hosting with not high rates of mssql databases. My previous company is charging me very high rates. Plz suggest me.

It is actually ridiculous that you believe you should pay the same or less when paying $10 per month is getting you nothing. Sometimes you do get what you pay for.
