I want to know how to get master merchant from a offshore bank so that i can start my own business where i can make sub merchant accounts and give to various business. What is the procedure.

You will need to find a bank which is sponsoring you and to accept your business as a 3rd party payment processor.

This topic have been discussed many times I'm not aware of if the threads got deleted but I can tell you it is difficult and you will need a huge amount of knowledge and money to get this thing started.

i know many offshore banks and till now i did not find any that would provide this, Panama banks do not provide this, Belize also not, i am not sure about Nevis, I would start there if i would be you

Like Fionix said; it is not that easy. It is very costly and the road from A to B is very, very long and there are so many thing that needs to be done.

Going with Nevis won't help you, since they are unable to help you, banks there won't sponsor you, except you might have a million available for deposit.

Honestly this is almost a closed area which you want to enter there, best option might be Israel / VisaCal they might maybe consider it, but you must be prepared, if you fail you will be declined.

This is pretty new to me and I don't believe it, I have been discuss with those guy's from cal many times in regards to enquires we get about the same and it was not that figure we in anyway discussed and what coursed troubles!

VISA Cal requires a volume of at least 2-3MIL/USD per month or they will not connect you.
