Hi guys,

I was wondering if anybody could help, I am trying to set-up the required cron job for Auto Pilot however the e-mail reports I get back every hour say only "Cron Access Denied..." - This only happens for this script both under my cPanel account, root account and just hardcoded into linux.

I can therefore only assume it's something to do with the scripts. The official forums appear to not exist and for the first time ever it appears Google has failed me.

Any ideas?

I assume your permissions are correct on the cronjob file?

Yes they are currently sitting on 644 however I have pushed them to 777 temporarily just to make sure this wasn't the issue.

If you open a support ticket at their site they will take a look and get you fixed up quickly

It looks like the cron was not added properly, because it is running, but it is not running the command like it is supposed to. Check the syntax and try running it manually in ssh and see what happens.
