Bandwidth is indeed measured as in+out but the ratio doesn't matter.
So it could also be 2500in + 500out for example.

As an update;
- the ATOM configuration is out of stock.
- the first 5 free upgrades to a Nehalem 5520 are all given away.

I have ordered 4 servers within the last week from SharedLayer. They have been excellent with their customer service, responding within minutes to tickets created. Also, dealing with different departments at other companies can be difficult but everyone at SharedLayer thus far has been an absolute A+ overall. If anyone is considering getting a server, I recommend it.
