Hey everyone, I don't think i've actually introduced myself yet.

I recently relocated from the Midwest (Indiana) to SE Nevada to work on an Organic Orchard growing Pomegranates, Figs, Grapes, Apricots, Peaches (not many), and to lend a hand in a gigantic garden growing your typical garden stuff.

Its only a three man operation, so there is a lot of work to be done! We're in the process of planting thousands of melons, water melons, cantaloupes, and honeydews.

Its real nice being able to eat from the trees, I munch on Mulberries all day and have purple fingers because of it! Haha. The apricots are coming along nicely, so the past week I've been eating some of the early ripers.

Anyhow, i'm 20, 21 at the end of the month. I ride BMX, i'm into photography (PHOTO BLOG (http://NVCM.blogspot.com)), swimming and all that jazz. Of course I have an interest in web design / maintenance, as I'm currently working on a website so customers can place orders online for fresh produce to be shipped to them. I'm also getting a kick out of managing a business, and just being a dirty little hippy with hardly a care in the world ;)

I love what I do, and enjoy the opportunity I have to make a very great living at such a young age.

Did I mention that the orchard I live on is also a bird refuge? We have thousands of birds. We have many peacocks, water fowl, Canadian Geese, plain ol' Ducks, Pigeons, Herons, etc. A lot of native birds too, Quail and what have you. Lots of turkeys and the like. Its a pretty wild scene walking among them all.

Its mating season, so they're in a frenzy. Lot of little Geese waddling around now, noticed our first ammount of Pea-chicks two days ago. A lot of life here.

Anyhow, thats a little bit about me. I was a member here back in 2003-4 when I was doing BMX websites and what have you, glad to be back.

It sure is nice.

Although its too damn hot in the day. I now sleep between 8AM-5pm or so, and just work at night / early morning.

The heat is no friend of mine.
