Hello everyone,

It is great to join a very active forum like WHT!

After a year of working with Google's Application Engine, I am preparing to offer hosting services running on the Google infrastructure.

I will be making a number of posts over the coming weeks describing the technology and capabilities of my services. Startup is scheduled for June 1.

Cheers,

A couple points of interest are the forum guidelines (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/rules.php) and this answer guide (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=585586).

From Google's perspective, there is a single user account for all users of my service.

I keep track of user accounts, data access rights, and resource usage within the service.

Yes, its basically offering the hardware to be able to use Google app engine... they are not selling the engine, just selling the hardware to let you use it. That's the way i see it anyways.
