So, I decided to go with FDC servers for a machine I'm replacing here in Denver. I ordered my machine last night at about 5pm and it was ready in less than 2 hours, probably sooner but I didn't know until I logged into my billing account with them to find the information to the machine and root login/pass. So far, the only issue i've had so far with my setup was that someone may have forgot to setup Direct Admin.

Submitted a ticket regarding this, and it was answered within ten minutes each reply. Great speed of service so far.

While it makes sense for a client to look for established hosts with credibility, as long as a host is not a fly by night operator and has a conscious business plan, it looks improper for me judge someone based on just number of years in business.

FDC Servers was also an infant 3 years ago right :) and there are hosts who have more than a decade experience. All of us have to fall somewhere in between.

Just my 2 cents. not to hurt anyone's feelings here.

Obviously we are not looking to compete with somebody housing their servers from the basement of their house on their 3x 50Mbps Comcast uplinks :-)

Is Denver networks all up to speed? I recall you guys are still putting in more backbones.
