Dear Sir :

I have two questions.
First, WHM is also charge for per License (one License per server).
If I install WHMReseller on my server, I just have to install one WHM softlayer on my server?
Or I have to install many WHMs on my server for this License issue.

Second, You mean I could create reseller accounts and master reseller accounts by using WHMReseller...right?
Because I just have to create reseller account to my client.
Does WHM have this feature ???
Could I create a WHM reseller account to my client by using the WHM root user???

You need to have a cPanel/WHM License already installed on your server, from cpanel.net

Then you can install one WHMreseller License and you will then be able to turn your Resellers into Master Resellers (and they can then create their own WHM accounts and do their own backups, migrations etc).
