Paying Hosts:

Invisionworld.com: The support was great and the owner was really cool, they now merged into sbyweb.

Sbyweb.net: The best host around i love them, they support is the best, and there uptime is the best. The owner is a really nice person and cool to chat with. There prices are unbeatable.

Free Hosts:

tripod.co.uk: the best free php,mysql webhost on the net, the downside is that they have bad support it takes 2-3 day's :(.

I have been with ALOT of free webhosts but i forgot there support and uptime...

Free E-mail:

yahoo.com: The best mail system around i have used it for over a year.

There is no such thing as good free host and Yahoo's email is far from being even good.
