Ever since we fixed the network problems the network has had 100% uptime. AMD11 was rebooted yesterday due to a small upgrade.

I know the owner of EdgeHost. My friend got a server from them, it was never activated, then he wanted his money back. Guess what... the owner said "Who the hell are you". Soooo, to make a long story short, Edge Host is being taken to court.

This isnt me, just talking for someone else like some of you maybe thinking.

Humm... I don't recall anything like that happening, and if it did then it was a HUGE HUGE HUGE mistake and your friend deserves to get a free month or so of his server.

Laugh all you want... I don't find it quite funny, nor do any of our other clients. What has happened to use the past new months has drastically effected us, no doubt about that.

However, when people make remarks like sphosting it really puts a frown on my face. How was the poweroutage our fault? Do we own the NOC? How did we know a CISCO was going to go bad?

When people contact me they normally always get an answer, or get the issue resolved.
