Anyone know how to reset the admin password for perldesk? For some reason the thing reset and gives a fatal error everytime a client tries to log into it. Forums for Perldesk have disappeared, and getting support is next to impossible.

Are you at a point where you can reinstall? It's a drastic step - but if you can do it, it would work. Just FTP down all the files in the tpl directory and you can put your customisation back.
Or...it's a tiny bit of a cheat, but go to

and email them from there. Not a perfect solution, but John might at least be able to point you in the direction of some FAQs or some such if he won't answer your question.

You can always edit the mysql table with the password and use the password of one of the techs.
That's what I did when I forgotted the Admin pass :)
