Well, that all depends on the person and how much you want to pay them. If you were making $1000 a month, you wouldn't want to provide technical support with $1000 a month.

It really depends on the person, your monthly revenue after expenses and how much you want to pay someone.

It also depends on what exactly they will be doing. If you could list that here, that would be great.

Hi Not sure if it should be remote as they will need to handle hardware issues if they ever occur.

So pretty much they will do stuff like os reloads, if something happens to a server they have to know how to fix it/problem solving meaning if something happens to the server that is not hardware related, and they will also have to setup new servers and in some cases some networking when needed.

Depending on what Data Center you are in, they have techs that could do OS reloads and etc at a price all though it's usually expensive.

I would state what exactly needs to be done and where the location of the Data Center is and etc. You should also state how many hours they would be working per week.
