First off, it probably wouldn't hurt to select a color scheme people can actually read.
Secondly, if you're asking for programmers you should include a description of the job, how much time it's going to take, skill level required and if there is any pay.
Include that information and I think you'll be much more likely to get some responses.

sorry this post is out of date, and just since u might want to know 11 ppl have joined the team since, asking questions AFTER applying, more common sense would be advised.
