Q.How long for my order to be processed/activated ?
We try to provision new server orders as quickly as possible but normally within 72 hours.

Q. Where will my servers be located
All Fly High servers are located in the Bluesquare datacenters in Maidenhead,Reading in the United Kingdom.

Q. Do you charge VAT ?
We are a UK company and do charge VAT to the applicable people, if you think you don't have to pay VAT please let us know and we will confirm. All prices exclude VAT.

Q. How long for reboots ?
We guarantee a reboot request will be completed within 20 minutes.

Q. Is there any guarantees ?
We do offer a network uptime guarantee for peace of mind.

Q. What Operating System do the servers come with ?
We provision CentOS 5.x by default, we can install others so please request at time of order what you would like.

Q. How long have you been in business ?
