Hi,
I'm looking to hire Sales people to roam the Net and do marketing and sales on forums and other sites including direct marketing.
I was thinking of charging commission and monthly pay if the person succeeds the "1st Month Qualifying" period.
But, my question is, how can I manage commission and who earns the commission per sales?
Referencing the sales person sounds like a plan when the client goes to order a service/product - though this depends if the customer actually does put in a reference!
Is there any proven or better methods of doing this type of payroll?
