Ok, I am new to reseller hosting and have yet to offer it directly to clients however this review must be said! CrucialP.com is the best reseller hosting I have used so far and on the high end of service from companies I have used....

Just recently my paypal account became limited and I am waiting for them to send a confirmation letter to my po box, this has caused me to be late with payment by about 2 weeks which has never happened in the past for me. I expected to get a fee of about $10-$20 for being late and no, they extended it with no fees for this. I am liking this company a lot more now and will stick with them longer than expected because of it.

Support response time use to be quick however seems that it is getting slower these days, still not bad as the average time is only 12-24 hours to get a message back.

many people tend to think this is bad service and though it may be in a way, look at there service, their pricing and calculate how much it would cost to have 24/7 support for a small company "not cheap probably" and they are most likely a small business.

Support is knowledgeable and helpful

Servers, well I have not expirenced any issues and servers are fast.

My rating 10/10 "6 months probably"

other reseller hosting companies used:

SurpassHosting "horrible expirence" 1 / 10 stars "1-2 weeks"

Shared Hosting used:
WebProz 10/10 "few months
Host Gator 9/10 "few months"
Lunarpages 9/10 "2-3 years"

Then the support is too slow. Support speed is one of the most important things for a reliable reseller hosting.

I don't agree this. We have a lot of reseller accounts on their different servers for years. The uptime is very good. The support response time is 30 minutes in average. The features of their plans are rich and the prices are affordable. We are glad from their services and could not see better service yet.

Really? That is odd because my website was up maybe 1 hour it seemed for a whole week or two.

I made several posts to the forums as well.

Support was quick however uptime made me sick... They told me that they had a client they are working on booting that made the servers unstable, could this be an accurate statement?

Maybe ill try them out again should I ever get a free trial to do so.

still not bad as the average time is only 12-24 hours to get a message back. It's good that you shared some figures. That way readers can judge for themselves if the responsiveness fits their needs/expectations.

They told me that they had a client they are working on booting that made the servers unstable, could this be an accurate statement? In theory yes. I don't see why it would take them a week to do so though.

"still not bad as the average time is only 12-24 hours to get a message back. "

Well, in that case to be 100% honest and open, sometimes "more than once" it takes as little as 5-10 mins.

They might be better now, but back to 7 years ago, when I had an account with them, they had been down for few weeks without any reason. I lost all data at that time.

Yes that should the exact use of OP's statement. For him that is a good response time, there may be some others with the same taste. But on the other side there may be people for whom that response time is not at all acceptable; with out any doubt those will be the majority:).

@OP: Any way your review seems to be honest since you have tried to express your own views only.
Thanks for sharing.

gate2vn, the issues with surpass were only a few months ago.

I got a pm for a free trial to try their service so I will giving them a try if I get a long enough trial to test out the servers.

SurpassHosting with some other sister names have been around 7-8 years. And my experience with them was from 7 years ago. They might be new at that time. I have no idea how they are currently, but I would stay far away from them.
