eNom is just crap. How many times a year do they have a major outage for all of their 5 nameservers? 10 times? That's ridiculous.

enom is up for me but took lot of time to load !

Looks like under heavy pressure.

This morning if you ping their 5 nameservers, you get a range of times from 200mSec delay all the way out to 10 second delay - or timeout.
In the last years it is frustrating that they have these situations where they have simultaneous problems at 5 geographically separate nameservers. And, BTW, you'll never see any explanation for it after the fact on their web site in any maint area. :mad:

The name servers are up but there is some increase in the response time. I just checked using http://www.squish.net/dnscheck/ and http://www.just-dnslookup.com/

Was any Maintenance Downtime announced?

I think it is not a maintenance issue as I am able to access Enom normally. I just checked and everything is working fine (see attached images).

I guess Enom is under heavy DDOS attack and the mitigation software is blocking a lot of IPs.

I can't access enom.com to process a domain renewal. We don't use their dns service so I don't know if that is working or not

This was 3 days ago....

Bulkregister and Enom are down today as well...some 5 months after the May '09 posts. Problem is I'd really like to service my clients but can't. Thanks Enom.
