no it just means no-ones had a chance to give you good advice yet... JSP isn't a common feature of a lot of hosts, and is used by even less customers. When someone with experience using a host that offers JSP shows up you should get a couple of replies. :)

http://www.perfecthost.net/ offers java I believe. Lamar installed Site Studio a while back which requires it from what I know. You might want to speak to them. I don't think he does reseller plans as such, but he uses cpanel so is capable of it.

Expect to pay more than $25 for that features, specially, if you want jsp/servlets support in a reliable host.
