First of all you need to make sure you understand and know what for you are looking for:
1 that is for your own needs or you may want to start reselling web hosting
2 How much space and bandwidth you need
3 How much is your budget
4 Control panel

Specify that first and soon you will realize that is easy to find right web host when you know what you need for sure

I have used IVhosting reseller for 5 years. The first years was ok until support was becoming scarce. Sometimes, they just suspend websites without due process.

Then, server went down, I lost my backups and even them don't have backups. I lost a lot of data.

I don't recommend them at all.

Are you referring to a nulled version of vBulletin?

not recommended.. i have only heard bad things about them. some years ago i had some package with them.. support is useless and I don't remember them having lot of manners...
