Hey there guys!

I just have a few questions regarding business registration. Since Host Alpha was handed over to me, i have decided to register the business.

I am not 100% sure how i register the business (LLC, Inc etc) but i do want to take these steps before trading again. Here in Australia we do not need to register businesses similar the the profile of web hosting but i am going to just to be sure.

Could someone point me in the correct direction?
