I use ProvideSupport for live chat...usually I have it minimized and it pops up when someone initiates a chat so I can work on other stuff in between chats. Well someone started a chat and it popped up, so I was talking to them...meantime I noticed someone has been on the site for almost an hour and a half and changed pages 250+ times...I went and looked and which pages they've visited and they've just been switching between the index.html and the tos.html page...wtf? Thats switching back and forth almost 3 times per minute.

Maybe they have both open in different tabs, with something set to refresh every 30 sec.

Aahh you're right...if you have two tabs open it keeps telling ProvideSupport that you're switching from page to page.
