cant use blue lagoon or other new themes, even though they are highlighted and installed. these skin options do not appear in the create nor modify acount drop down.

a long time ago an admin edited a file in /cpanel i believe he commented out something that is now blocking the addition of the themes.


any ideas on what file needs the #'s removed would be appreciated.
