Basically I have a client who needs to setup FTP access for multiple users and access them all via one account

Had him as a Client in Plesk and he's capable of setting up the Web Users each with their own FTP folder ok, but he can't access them all from his main account in ftp, so I thought upgrading to Reseller might work but no luck

Any idea's folks?

Sadly, this isn't going to work with Plesk because of how Plesk handles user versus group permissions in the site directory space.

I don't even have a work around for you.
