Our Dear Friend Smokie is been trying to send me a virus through his e-mail: sales@rt19.com subjected: Fw:Wane see my girlfriend contaning a .exe and a image file recognised by Norton AntiVirus as W32..... something i cant remeber now! Any how I asked him to stop. that is it! and he did stop! Thank you Smokie

Sounds like possibly a worm virus. He may not be actually sending them to you.

one simple solution that might still work if you are using MS Outlook...is to:

-add a new contact
-name it "!0000"
