What's the difference between the BACKUP and HOSTING NAS options?

BACKUP NAS is for backing up your data only hence majority of the traffic should be Inbound (from the internet to the NAS unit)

HOSTING NAS is for both back up and content delivery so you can push traffic IN and OUT 24x7

Kind of what I thought... Can you use rsync and possibly be mounted?

What if I choose Backup NAS and decide to download the backuped files to my office server? That would be outbound traffic, right?

100GB/mth? There are usually terabytes of data backup, in case a restore is required, and the server have usually >200GB of data, won't 100GB be insufficient?

I suggest contact from a different email address. Your email might have ended up in the spam trap. Generally all emails are responded within 24 hours
