They seem to get things done when I call them and make them do it for me before I hang up. The problem is it takes up to an hour to get on the phone with them. comram 04-17-2001, 01:02 PM 11 days ago i ordered an additional 256mb ram. i had to open 4 tickets, 5-times in chat (waiting more than 2 houres), 5 mails to specific person. when i was in chat the technician said: "i told an administrator he said it's getting done today...". i said: "can you promise it?". He: "yes." I was waiting and waiting and waiting... I had to escalate my trouble tickets up to 6-times. Everytime an answer like: "I will follow up with our dedicated sales rep tomorrow and make sure this gets done by early afternoon." Or: "I have sent this request to th admin. The installation will be taken care of, i assure you. i apologize for the inconvenience." The nicest was that I received the invoice for it 2 days after ordering it. And I have yet to see a case where they don't regret any kind of relationship they ever had with *****. My advice if you are with *****... run, RUN away! :) There a many good hosts out there, but ***** does not seem to be one of them!
