Can anyone recommend a good site creator software that I can host on my own server? Im thinking of a signup system so the client can create his own site from a template and then only pays a monthly fee.

Domain registration is not required. I would handle that manually.

I like the www.rvsitebuilder.com software. It "fits" well with the cpanel control panel, and offers a "try before you buy" system that allows prospective customers to create a site and see if it'll work for them before they signup with you.
