I am looking for an alternative to RackShack's $99 RaQ4i, in that I'd much rather have a FreeBSD system. I found one company with similar pricing for a similar config, but I have a preference to find a company who's AUP does not allow pornographic sites on their servers (like RS's.)

Try surlink.net or skynetweb.com, one of my sites is on a dedicated FreeBSD from skynet. they arent very cheap, but their support is pretty good.
