Hello, I can not access some of my servers with them, and their site is not loading either.

I do have a question tho - as this was never announced as scheduled downtime - and eservers require you to open a ticket for SLA credits - how exactly do they expect your email to reach them? :P The other thing too, is it just me, or is eservers SLA only offering to refund you 1:1 for downtime?
