i was wondering how can i as a web hosting company offer free adwords credit to new costumers? What needs to be done so i can offer this benefit?

It would need to be done via an agreement with google. I've talked to microsoft and google both are no longer interested and a rep said they are not planning on extending there agreements with the hosts that currently offer it.

I believe you have to spend around a $1000/month in adwords advertising and you have to apply for some position, it's not free :)
