I want to do a video site like this one:

Specifically, I want to be able to upload videos and allow users to search for videos. If I can do the pop up link on top of the videos, that would be cool too.

What CMS should I use for this? Are there any modules or add-ins that allow you to categories and browse videos like in the link above?
