I want to offer a periodical coupon to my clients. Let's say I want to offer these: Using "FTYR", you can save 50% on all plans for your first month! Using "GROOVE", we will give you 2 months free hosting!* Using "MEMX2", we will double your VPS RAM!** Using "HDX2", we will double your VPS storage!** How can I set WHMCS for these? I don't see an option to offer these kind of coupon? Any ideas? Thanks.

The best thing to do is contact WHMCS support by logging in to your client area on WHMCS.com and submitting a ticket or check their forums at http://forum.whmcs.com. That will probably be the quickest way to get your answer.

I wanted to use a similar type of system and when I emailed WHMCS support about it, they said it was not available and that they have no plans of adding it.

Was kind of turned off by this and was hoping it would be considered.

Well, the reply I got from them is -nil-. A guy reply and give me a link to WHMCS infamous wiki. LOL. Well, what I did for giving out 2x resource was creating a separate hidden package and the coupon is basically imposed a 50% discount. Pretty much the same isn't it?

Unfortunately, there is no automatic way of doing what you require.

While Matt and the guys do provide a great product, especially for the price, they are sadly lacking on the support front.

Well, I could manually create a plan with that specs and imposed a 50% off but that means I need to create extra plan on the server. Would very much like to see something like this in WHMCS v4 with some addition to the support staff. I'm sure Matt could find some extra help. Thanks for the reply.

I've had to do that, too. I created promotional packages that were hidden and had special links to them. The problem arose when the customers clicked the links, but didn't buy right a way and surfed around in the ordering process a bit and couldn't get back to the promotional packages. We got a lot of tickets regarding this promo didn't work. :(
